Here at Exhale Pilates Studio, I offer a variety of reformer Pilates classes designed to suit all fitness levels and goals. My classes include beginner sessions for those new to Pilates, mixed ability classes, 1:1 & 2:1 sessions, and Pre & Postnatal classes.
Beginners Reformer

My beginner courses are designed for anyone who is new to Reformer Pilates. You will learn the basics of the Pilates
repertoire and gain a deep understanding of how my equipment can help you achieve your fitness goals. I will guide you through each exercise and help you perfect your form.

Group Reformer Pilates

Exhale Pilates Studio, is your destination for highly personalised and invigorating reformer Pilates sessions. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a beginner, come and try my fun and energising group classes. With just 7 state.of-the-art reformers, my studio is the perfect size to allow me to give you the personal touch you need to achieve your fitness goals. Your next obsession is just a session away!

To join my group Reformer classes you must have completed either my 1:1 beginners session or my beginners course.
1:1 & 2:1 Sessions
Build your confidence
1:1 sessions and 2:1 sessions (where you share a session with a friend or family member) are a great introduction to Pilates and are a great option if you can't make the beginners courses or workshops.

In this one hour session you will be shown how the Reformer works, Reformer safety, and I'll take you through a series of exercises to make you feel confident joining our mixed ability classes.
​
Private sessions are also great for you if you want to gain more confidence and understanding before joining the group classes. I work with you for as many sessions as you need to work towards your goals and can plan a class to work with any injuries which will help with rehabilitation.

Pre and Postnatal Sessions
Embrace the new you
My Pre and Postnatal Reformer classes are specifically designed to support you through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum recovery. These classes focus on gentle yet effective exercises to strengthen core muscles, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Focusing on breath work, pelvic floor, strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation with safe options for all stages of your pregnancy. I am a qualified Pre and Postnatal instructor.
With careful attention to safety and individual needs, I will provide a
nurturing environment where you can stay active, alleviate discomfort, and enhance your physical health during and after pregnancy.

* My Postnatal classes are for mums with non-mobile babies: 6 weeks - 6 months.
